By using Baraka Maps, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use Baraka Maps for lawful purposes only. You may:

Search for masjids, multi-faith rooms, and other prayer spaces.
Use the Qibla Finder and offline masjid/prayer space locations.
Post events or sponsor masjids as a verified user.

You may not:

Use the app to post harmful or inappropriate content.
Attempt to access or modify the app’s backend systems.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Notify us at barakamapsapp@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in Baraka Maps (text, images, logos) is owned by Baraka Maps or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Baraka Maps is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including inaccuracies in masjid, prayer space, or event data.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account by contacting us.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in U.S. courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
